Story from Szczecin
Taken from an email by John Grant (Luis Palau Association Mission Director), following John’s and my trip to Szczecin in October this year.
“One story that blessed my heart was after the pre mission trip that was done by a third evangelist ( Alan Heavey standing in for John Fosbery who suffered a shingles attack shortly before the trip and could not go ) - as we were travelling in the car after the events on the way to the airport, the mission co-ordinator was looking through the response cards from the demonstration coffee event and he exclaimed that one of the cards was a person that he and his wife had been witnessing to, and that person had made a commitment to Christ on the card. Moments later, he again became very excited as he discovered that the same thing had happened to the guest our driver had brought to the event - his comment of joy was ( his words ) - ‘two authentic conversions’ ”
