Macedonia “I would sooner bring one sinner to Jesus Christ than unpick all the mysteries of the divine Word, for salvation is the thing we are to live for” – Charles Spurgeon   What a joy to see lives impacted by the preaching of the gospel in Macedonia last week.   612 people attended the meal events held in local restaurants, cafés and hotels.  463 were invited guests at the events, many of whom may only have heard the gospel for the first time, 203 which were recorded as giving their lives to Jesus Christ, for him to be their Lord and Saviour.  Most have indicated a desire to attend ‘next step’ events or receive home visits & thankfully, the churches we worked with in Macedonia are very proactive in discipling new believers, to help them on their journey.
