Here we go again!!  As you will recall earlier this year I had the privilege to go to Romania and Macedonia and saw God do wonderful and amazing things. Now I’m going to Poland with the, ‘There’s More to Life’ evangelistic mission.

You will remember the mission last year in November in Gdansk; well this is a return trip to this nation for me as part of a 2nd National Mission organised by the Luis Palau Association Europe (based in Chesham).  Once again John Grant is the Mission Director.  In November John and I will be going to Torun, Chojnice, Bydgoszcz and Slupsk.

This weekend sees the ‘pre-mission’ trip to Bydgoszcz.  John and I fly out tomorrow evening and return late on Sunday evening.  We will be involved in meetings with the Action Group (set up and organised by John), and on Sunday morning I will be speaking at the ‘Combined Churches Motivational Service’ and the ‘Evangelistic Coffee Event’ which follows later in the day.  We have found these weekend pre-mission visits so positive as the Churches join and work together with one aim  - to see God glorified through His Kingdom coming into individuals lives; into families, communities and to see their nation won for Christ.

If you feel led to pray that would be wonderful. The format is as before – the local Christians invite their friends/family/colleagues to a restaurant where they can enjoy food, conversation, music and a presentation of the gospel, followed by an invitation to follow Jesus Christ as their all sufficient Saviour.  This type of outreach is so effective as you will know if you have been following the emails and reports.  In just a few weeks 25 meetings are being planned (27 including this weekend), which means a lot of Polish people will be reached with the life saving gospel!  This will change communities and individual lives. 

Can you please pray for the Polish people this weekend and for the actual, ‘There’s More to Life’ evangelistic mission running from Thursday the 8th to Monday 19th November?

Can you please pray for all the Churches involved; for John, myself and our families?

Can you also pray for God’s provision please – I need to see £12,000 to carry out this outreach; £6000 of it by next week.
