Pre-mission in Bydgoszcz, Poland
What a great trip!! ‘There’s More to Life’ evangelistic pre-mission visit to Bydgoszcz.
The ‘Combined Churches Motivational Service’ on Sunday morning was wonderful. The Churches have never got together like this before. The Cinema used for this gathering was full - 400 people. The Action Group really led this from the front - it was fantastic; a real team effort.
It wasn’t about me and John Grant, the Luis Palau Association Mission Director, it was about us all working together from differing backgrounds and denominations with one cause - to reach lost souls! So exciting to be there. I gave a motivational message, encouraging the ‘Church’ to reach out to their community and invite people to the meetings in November - who knows what God has done with that; but we will find out in when the mission actually starts! As it was, several people rededicated their lives to the Lord - what a blessing.
The afternoon Coffee Event was well attended - the hotel room was full with 10 minutes to go!
The meeting was well organised by the team. I gave a gospel message - from Genesis through to Revelation; why Jesus came. There followed an opportunity for those present to give their lives to Jesus Christ. These are the results from the Response Cards

2. Invited guests: 30 persons
3. Prayed and gave their hearts to Jesus: 21
4. Those wanting to make a "Next Step": 17.

Isn’t this just so wonderful? Thank you once again for joining with me in playing our part in seeing a hurting, sin-sick world being changed – praise God for all He is doing; we do give Him all the Glory.
