Answers to prayer - Macedonia
In July, Alan was in Macedonia with John Grant (European Mission Director for Luis Palau Association) and Jimmy Simon, for a 5-day evangelistic outreach.
“An absolutely outstanding mission with great results - 32% more people attended than was targeted, 70% of which were unbelievers, so that 411 people out of 1092 made commitments to receive Christ as Saviour. This percentage was much higher in two particular venues reaching over 80% response rate. What was particularly exciting was the Next Steps responses (390) and the huge number of people who requested a home visit (324), as well as a high proportion wanting more information (360). Home discipleship following directly after the Next Steps events is part of the vision and many of the church people have been trained in this, anticipating their role in bringing their friends closer to Christ.” - John Grant LPA
