‘There’s More to Life’ - Poland 2007

On Thursday John Grant and I fly to Poland for the start of a 12-day evangelistic mission, which is part of a National Mission to Poland that the Luis Palau Association (based in Chesham, UK) are organising.

I’ll be preaching the gospel at 26 evangelistic events starting in Slupsk, then Chojnice, followed by Torun and finally in Bydgoszcz.

The format is as before – the local Christians invite their friends/family/colleagues to a restaurant where they can enjoy food, conversation, music and a presentation of the gospel, followed by an invitation to follow Jesus Christ as their all sufficient Saviour.

Many different events have been organised to reach many facets of society, e.g. meetings for the youth, for children, for senior citizens, for the disabled, for the poor and homeless, for business and professionals, for students, for teachers, for artists, for musicians.  As well as these meeting there will be two ‘Combined Churches evangelistic services’.

Please pray for:
1. The anointing on me as I preach at these meetings
2. The people to respond to the gospel as Jesus Christ is revealed to them via the Holy Spirit
3. The action group teams in the 3 cities and 1 town
4. Unity in the Churches as they work together with one focus; one cause - to see the lost saved
5. For all the necessary finance to come in to make all this happen
6. For the ‘Next Steps’ follow-up and discipleship courses to run smoothly and effectively, with much fruit abounding
7. John, myself and our families
8. For Poland to be won for Christ
9. For God to be glorified

We give thanks to God for what He is about to do and we give Him all the glory
